TCU and Arkansas to play in 2020 Mercari Texas Bowl

The Texas Bowl has been among the five biggest bowl game by attendance since 2016 and typically averages over 65,000 attendees each year. However, this year's Mercari Texas Bowl will only host up to 13,300 fans because of Covid-19 parameters.
