Delavan-based Dancing Horses Theatre struggles with no grant funding

The Dancing Horses Theatre in Delavan estimated it has lost over $350,000 to date because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Because the entertainment venue is working with reduced capacity and did not receive one of the state's Covid-19 live entertainment grants, its main priority for 2021 is keeping its doors open.
