Berlin, Dec 30, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Dear friends of nature, just want to inform you about the official Trillion Trees Initiative and invite you all to join. Different cooperations, collaborations, and partnerships will be possible in the future. Maybe you have also some good ideas or interesting information to share.

The Greening Deserts Trillion Trees Initiative (TTI) for biodiversity conservation, climate adaption, ecological education, ecosystem restoration, environmental protection, sustainable greening, reforestation, and species protection can reduce problematic human-made climate change effects, deforestation, droughts, desertification, land degradation, mass extinction, global warming, and pollution worldwide. The world's first and official Trillion Trees Initiative was started in 2017 by the Greening Deserts founder and initiator. Together with many innovative developments and sustainable projects, the initiative wants to plant over 100 billion trees and support other big tree-planting actions to reach the trillion trees goal fast and efficiently. Project developments like Agrovoltaik, Desert Bamboo Africa, Energy Storage Park, Greening Coasts, Greening Drones, Greenhouse Ship, Green Ring Africa, Great Green Wall North Africa, Hemp Papers, Recycling Ship, Rice Straw Paper, Seeding Balloon, Transparent Solar, Urban Greening greenhouses can support -- so like other awesome projects, organizations, institutions, partners and sponsors who were invited to join the initiative. Many of them liked the idea of the Trillion Trees Foundation and Trillion Trees Fund. It will be a chance for the nations, innovative institutions, and organizations to join the future actions and programs of the TTI in different parts of the world. The main focus for the next years is on Europe, Africa, India, and the MENA region.

Together we can plant many billions of trees by 2030! Later will come a time where it will be too late to plant certain kinds of tree species in regions that are very strongly affected by heavy climate changes and global warming. The time to plant many new trees is now and during the next ten years. You are very welcome to join the global greening and reforestation initiative with all the connected projects and new project developments. Let's act together for a healthier and greener world. Useful information and good solutions can be found on the pages of Greening Deserts and TrillionTreesInitiative.org. We want to set up special greenhouses and seed stores for critically endangered plant species in exchange with species conservationists and botanical gardens. Check the special program CES-RPP. Together we can prevent new disasters and pandemics, reduce climate change effects, mass extinction, and tipping points. Together with you and all nations, we can do it! Over 30.000 institutions, organizations and scientists were invited during the last years.

The worldwide greening process can accelerate the global peacebuilding process significantly. The case we get finally enough to support to build worldwide biodiversity, greening, reforestation, and species protection camps. Creating biodiversity forests and diverse green landscapes together with each region where we will start are the main tasks of Greening Deserts and TTI, also in urban areas with Urban Greening Camps. If all nations plant a few billion trees during the next ten years we can reach the goal of a trillion trees extra for planet Earth easily.

Free opinions and statement about the crises:

With enough support, we want to test some potential medicinal plants in January to see if they have a mitigating effect in the case of covid 19 diseases and possibly even develop immunity. The medicinal plants are very effective against severe lung diseases and are used by indigenous peoples in Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Some botanical gardens and institutes of medicine are informed. We continue to exchange information on potential plants over the next year, including climate change adaptations and species at particular risk. See Greening Deserts Species Protection Program CES-RPP.

A major problem with the virus and mutations is the boomerang effect, as many poor countries cannot afford large vaccination programs, especially in Africa. According to WHO and UN experts, some of the countries will not be able to start vaccinating before 2022! Unless there is more solidarity from Europe and the countries that produce the vaccines, later also in the case of the first drugs. Many observers (such as for human rights) and ambassadors are watching the developments very closely and with concern.

Experts estimate that more people will die from the indirect consequences of the pandemic than from the disease itself, such as by poverty, hunger, and consequences of economic crises. These numbers should be taken into consideration and the total number of victims of the crisis should be seen. Many media and governments have not even fully understood the real impact and problems, this is shown by many of the announcements and forecasts this year. The best solution to prevent and mitigate future disasters, crises, and pandemics is to finally solve the causes because fighting the symptoms is becoming more and more difficult and expensive. If it continues like this there will be a point of no return. See for example problems caused by climate change, such as the actual extinction event or mass extinctions and tipping points. In my opinion, the Corona Crisis is part of the Climate Crisis and should be treated as such. In recent years, I and scientific colleagues from all over the world have developed many good solutions and projects to address the climate crisis effectively. Of course, these developments, ideas, and projects need active and financial support worldwide. This can mitigate many dangerous climate change effects and impacts, and in time may even prevent them completely. Many international universities have set up extra programs and projects for this purpose. Maybe it is also interesting for you to deal with the issues in the future. Constructive feedback and real support are always welcome. Feel free to forward to interested parties or people.
