Experiential Resources is Chuffed to Announce Their Newest Team Member

ERi gains a seasoned project manager in Kennerly de Forest.

LAHAINA, Hawaii - January 11, 2021 - (Newswire.com)

Experiential Resources ("ERi"), the ACCT accredited challenge course and aerial adventure company, is announcing the newest member of their team. Longtime colleague and friend of ERi Kennerly de Forest will now be championing project management for ERi's installation of challenge courses, ziplines, suspension bridges, and other aerial attractions. ERi is known for its unique and innovative designs, including the renowned Gatlinburg SkyBridge, and ERi team members are excited to welcome this accomplished professional to their company.

Kennerly was born and educated in Australia and holds a master's degree in Outdoor Education from Griffith University. He worked in the camping industry in the United States for several years, designing, implementing, and managing challenge course and leadership programs, which led directly to Kennerly's formation of California-based Challenge Works, Inc. in 1997. Kennerly has volunteered for many organizations over the years, but most notably with the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) where he is currently the Chair of the Accreditation & Certification Committee. He is also a founding member of The Alliance Collaborative, a non-profit organization that is comprised of and serves members of the challenge course community.

Following over 20 years of growing hundreds of happy clients through the delivery of professional design, installation, inspection, and training services via Challenge Works, Kennerly sold his share of the company and looked forward to spending more time at home with his family. A post "retirement" family visit from ERi's Chief Designer Todd Domeck led to the discovery that Kennerly's passion for the aerial adventure industry was still strong, and what began as a wild idea over wine led to Kennerly's acceptance of the new position.

"I was enjoying my retirement when Todd called with the idea to join the ERi team, I was intrigued," says de Forest. "I've known Todd for over 20 years and been impressed with the types of projects that ERi produces. This is an exciting new chapter for me. I am looking forward to being a part of a fantastic crew and working on amazing projects."

Says ERi CEO Mandy Stewart, "Todd and I are thrilled to have Kennerly on board. We're going to create some really awesome projects with him. And have a lot of fun."

An enthusiast of travel, hiking, and telemark skiing, when he's not working or volunteering Kennerly enjoys time with his wife and son and pets, living amongst the redwoods near Santa Cruz.

Kennerly can be contacted via the ERi office, and at kennerly@experientialresources.net.
