The couple has dedicated a tremendous amount of time and effort into creating this brand, and they never fail to encourage people to take their life’s passion and fitness journey seriously.
The ideology behind the brand is that circumstances do not determine a person’s future. As life is a series of choices, a person’s destiny ultimately lies in the balance of their decisions. Brute Fit consists of products designed for athletes, runners, gym addicts, bodybuilders, water sport enthusiasts, and everyone conscious about their health and the products they consume.
Brute Fit is an attempt to educate the public about healthy supplement products that some may be unaware exist. This explains why Taylor and Alisha focused on keeping Brute Fit a natural brand with zero artificial ingredients. The couple is also well-grounded in health and nutrition and has combined their expertise into creating a product capable of changing the fitness game for everyone. Taylor is a licensed pharmacist who got his Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2017 from Oregon State University. On the other hand, Alisha is a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, and health and PE teacher. She received her Bachelor of Science in general science at Oregon State University, then later pursued a Master of Arts in Teaching with an endorsement in Health and Physical Education at Pacific University.
Taylor’s passion for fitness has been waxing strong since he was a kid. As a young boy, he woke up every day at 5 am and worked out with his father, Steve Martin, before going to school. “I owe my discipline and strong will to the lessons my father taught me growing up,” Taylor says. Establishing Brute Fit with his wife, Alisha, is undoubtedly a no-brainer. While he has all the pharmaceutical knowledge, Alisha is the mastermind who knows the exact ingredients that will undoubtedly deliver the greatest benefit to consumers. Her all-time dream was to create her very own line of natural supplements, and she is now living that dream every day with her husband through Brute Fit.
It took them months to achieve the perfect blend of ingredients, and since then, they have not looked back. Brute Fit products are naturally flavored and sweetened without artificial sweeteners, colors, dyes, or sugar. They launched their first official product, a Pre-Workout, on November 22, 2020, which was an instant hit. Brute Fit also has other products in the pipeline, such as a BCAA/EAA scheduled to release in the next few months and a vegan protein powder set to launch in late 2021.
Taylor and Alisha Martin pride themselves on their intentional approach toward building Brute Fit. They both focused on creating a natural product that people like and that also actually works for them. There were lots of mishaps in the process, but they kept going and overcame the adversity. “When you’re just starting out, it’s easy to quit and give up, especially during a pandemic. Brute Fit was not established to quit because of failure,” Taylor says.
Taylor and Alisha’s goal in the next five years is to open a manufacturing plant for Brute Fit in Portland, OR, while employing those that genuinely invest and believe in Brute Fit and their visions for the brand.
