Topgolf, Oxmoor Center owner weigh in on end of Louisville legal fight

Louisville Business First reported Wednesday that a group of Louisville residents challenging the facility's construction at Oxmoor Center declined to appeal the case to the Kentucky Supreme Court after losing multiple challenges in court.
