From Addicted And Depressed To Almost 6-Figure Business Owner In Under A Year

NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / January 22, 2021 / Just a few years ago, Rachel (Racks) Lewczuk found herself physically ill over the stress and dread her 9-5 corporate job was causing her. One day after feeling particularly down about her situation and desperate to lead a life of purpose, she decided to make a change that would alter the trajectory of her life forever.

She quit her job, bought a one-way ticket to South East Asia, started her Virtual Assistant business, and hasn't looked back since. In 2020 Racks celebrated making close to 6-figures in her business and has successfully led countless women to creating successful service-based businesses from the ground up. If this sounds impossibly perfect, don't be fooled, the road to get here wasn't easy, but Racks is proud to say she's reclaimed her life and has found her purpose in teaching others to do the same.

Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, Racks had a fairly typical childhood. Though she was smart and athletic, she still experienced bullying, which was unknowingly beginning to form her mental narrative that she was unworthy. She enrolled in university simply because it was "the thing to do." She had no real plan and found herself going through the motions throughout her college years, hoping desperately that something would stick. Unfortunately, during this same time, she began to fall into poor habits. During her time at university, she developed depression, anxiety, and substance abuse issues. At her rock bottom, she felt despair and hopelessness, with no clear plan for her life. Finally, she found the courage to ask for help. She entered a rehab program and slowly her vision began to clear.

"It was as if I had started to see the possibilities for my life again," Racks recalls.

She began a job working as a financial advisor at a large corporate bank and although she was sober, she was far from healthy.

"I was sick nearly every day, at the time I didn't understand it, but I think my body was physically rejecting my circumstances," says Racks.

She recalls vividly the moment everything clicked and she made a defining decision that would change her life for the better. While floating on an inflatable rubber duck at her lakeside cottage, she decided she was fed up with being tired of being a victim to her circumstances and feeling powerless to her own decisions and direction.

"Feeling purposeless completely consumed me and made day to day life feel like walking through quicksand," Racks explains.

She wanted to live a life driven by purpose, ambition, and passion and she knew that wasn't going to happen unless she made a radical change. At the time, she had been dabbling in web design on the side. Though she enjoyed the creative aspects of the role and being the back end of someone else's business, she still didn't feel it was exactly right for her.

After quitting her corporate job and touching down in Southeast Asia, Racks was immediately filled with a sense of hope. She decided to combine her skills from the corporate industry with her affinity for creativity and on January 1st, 2020, officially launched her Virtual Assistant business, Virtually Racks. She enrolled in a $5,000 course to learn all she could about virtual assisting.

"This was a huge risk," she says with a chuckle, "At the time, I was $25,000 in debt, but I knew I had to invest in myself if I wanted to make this thing work."

In 2020, Racks rapidly started to scale her business and was working with clients in a variety of industries. As word of her business began to spread, she began to receive inquiries from other aspiring VA's wondering how to build a successful business. She answered as many questions as she could, providing all the secrets and tips that had enabled her to start and scale her business. The inquiries continued to pour in, and in mid-2020, she began privately coaching and mentoring other women with dreams of being a VA. The term "virtual assistant" is often limited, misunderstood, and misconstrued. Racks helps people fall into all kinds of paths like copywriting, web design, podcast managers, tech and systems experts, pinterest managers, course launch experts, social media managers, and more.

"It was so inspiring to witness my clients experience success on their own," Racks says, "When a client returned to tell me that they'd made their first sale, gotten their first client, or that my coaching had changed their life, I knew that that was where I was meant to be. I work with aspiring and new VA's, and also with those who are established in their business and looking to take their businesses to the next level."

"Many of my clients have gone on to manage other's businesses as Online Business Managers, are now booked out with clients, starting to build their own teams and becoming CEOs of businesses that were once only dreams…"

In an effort to reach even more people in 2021, Racks is thrilled to announce her signature high-level Program for VA's who want to build & scale their businesses from the ground up, Virtual CEO Mastermind. This four-month program goes over the ins and outs of starting a business, landing dream clients, building a brand, and creating content that converts. Learning the depths of systems and processes, the power of mindset, and the importance of networking and building authority are all crucial skills covered in her program. The program includes monthly group calls and unlimited monthly private 1-1 calls with Racks. The program is set to launch on January 21, 2021, and with no cut off date, anyone interested can join the waitlist at virtuallyracks.com in anticipation for the next cohort. With hopes to keep the course as hands-on and personal as possible, space is always limited.

If you're looking for alternative stable work and want the freedom to make your own hours, create your own income, and leave your 9-5, then the virtual assistant life may be for you.
