Luxco agrees to buyout by publicly held MGP Ingredients in $475M deal

The St. Louis-based distiller of beverage alcohol brands such as Ezra Brooks bourbon whiskey and El Mayor tequila has agreed to be acquired by a Kansas-based supplier of distilled spirits and specialty wheat proteins and starches.
