Should digital billboards be allowed across Austin? Supreme Court could decide

For years, local billboard operator Reagan Outdoor Advertising has been trying to put digital billboards across the city. But, a city ordinance only allows digital billboards to rise on the site of the business being advertised. The argument is now headed to the highest court in the nation.
