Santa Clara County will open up Covid vaccines to teachers, police and food service workers Feb. 28

With more than half of residents over 75 already having gotten at least one Covid shot, the county containing San Jose and Palo Alto will allow educators, emergency service workers and food service employees to start getting vaccinated at the end of the month.
