Burch steakhouse and pizzeria are closed for good

Burch, the Minneapolis restaurant that won raves for a new-guard approach to steakhouses — but that has been closed since last March — will not reopen. Owner and chef Isaac Becker told staff "the ongoing pandemic has made it impossible."
