Travis County orders prohibit price gouging, halt foreclosures

Amid the ongoing power emergency in Texas, Travis County Judge Andy Brown has issued a pair of orders to address price gouging during the crisis and extend Covid-19 restrictions through April 21. Those coronavirus restrictions generally prohibit gatherings of 10 people or more and requires face coverings in public, with some exceptions, and ban foreclosures.
