He has instituted in-service training modules for operating room staff to increase proficiency in workflow and reduce errors in setting up and management of operating room equipment. As an acting representative of the Pearland/SE region (Fragility Fracture subcommittee member & Orthopedic and Sports Medicine subcommittee member of the Clinic Programs Committee), he assists in the improvement of the hospital system, physician relationships, and patient care by working in a group setting to analyze data, amend existing procedures, and adopt responsible new procedures and protocols.
Maintaining membership status, he is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society.
