ANIL UZUN To Meet University Students To Deliver A Speech On Travelling

Organised by the Travel Club of the University, ANIL UZUN will talk about his experiences as an explorer. The travel club of the university is run by the students to encourage young people to travel and explore. ANIL UZUN will be the sixth person welcomed by the travel club and to give a speech for the students at the university. 

“I was born to be an adventurer. I always knew that I would travel around the world. As a kid I was very interested in the idea of exploring and I started to read travel books. Then I got older and read the biographies of the explorers,” ANIL UZUN says. 

ANIL UZUN says “My first solo trip was to Europe as I was a university student. It was mostly hitchhiking and walking. I took a bus from İstanbul to Bulgaria to start my trip then I was travelling on foot to interact with people. I was very lucky, all the people that I met were angels. They invited me to their homes, they offered me jobs, food, money. I learned a lot about many cultures during that trip. That is why I urge the young people to travel, explore, learn and see much before they are fully adults.”

ANIL UZUN will visit Kadir Has University on Wednesday 17 March and talk about his travel experiences. His talk will be broadcasted live on Kadir Has University Youtube channel and all other broadcasting platforms associated with the university at 3.00pm.

ANIL UZUN is a travel enthusiast, and what he loves the most is to travel with his loved ones. In short, he loves to make the most out of life. ANIL UZUN started traveling when he was very young. In 2007, he began to take notes of his trips and created a travel journal. He has been traveling all around the world for about 13 years.
