The History of the Small World Series:

This fantasy fiction series, features "The Siege of the Small World" and "The Uniting of the Small World" currently released and available, with the third title in the series, "Saving the Small World" in spring 2021 pre-release. The Small World shares the story of the Southern Plains, in a mystical world, who are dependent on trade with the North Groves. Each culture relies equally on the other for trade and, ultimately, survival. Suddenly, an unknown event puts an abrupt halt to trading as the North Groves Dwarfs no longer trade with the Southern Plains. The belief the Dwarfs are not able to be trusted leads to questions . . .

Were they trying to starve out the south?

Were they trying to increase the price of their goods?

Where were they?

What game were they playing?

The first book in The History of Small World series takes readers on a journey with leprechauns who organize an expedition to learn what has happened to the trade pact and the second book in the series begins with arrival at the North Groves culminating in trials and challenges that continue as the northern and southern communities attempt to re-establish trade.

Dr. Plenert's Small World book three, Saving the Small World, delivers long-awaited answers to readers regarding the Southern Plains and Northern Groves with surprising and magical results. The Siege of the Small World collection is imaginative and includes, dwarfs, elves, goblins, and many more Small World inhabitants with the big world, of course, filled with humans. Readers enjoy their travels on the Small World's path to continued survival.

Montana Rises Series:

"Montana Bleeds," first-in, "A Montana Rising" series weaves a web minced with murder and intrigue while pitting large economic interests against individual genius and initiative. Dr. Plenert skillfully mixes drama and suspense with believable, thought-provoking, themes leaving readers emotionally driven and involved. Well-rounded romance is minced throughout where a strong-willed female protagonist drives the suspense home through her 21st centrist mindset. Well crafted!
