Oahu to remain at Tier 3 for next four weeks, Mayor Rick Blangiardi announces

Mayor Rick Blangiardi resolved Monday that Oahu would not go backward, saying he was "dead set against" it, and he stood by that stance Wednesday, backed by Gov. David Ige.
