Virginia Democrat says protests outside of justices' homes 'will almost certainly have the opposite effect'

Jeffrey C. McKay, a Democrat from Virginia on the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors, argued Monday that protesting outside private homes "will almost certainly" work against their cause.
