Antofagasta-owned Twin Metals sues Biden administration to get back mining leases near Minnesota Boundary Waters

Twin Metals Minnesota, the company seeking to build a copper and nickel mine near Minnesota's Boundary Waters, this week sued the Biden administration in an attempt to again reverse its fortunes over scuttled mineral leases in the region.
