Republican states announce opposition to Manchin energy permitting deal: 'Drastic federal overstep'

A group of nearly 20 Republican attorneys general wrote a letter to Senate leadership Monday arguing against Democrats' permitting reform legislation unveiled by Sen. Joe Manchin.
