Somebody Has to Protect the Children is the basis for Clif Taylor’s initiative that focuses on turning trauma into growth and resilience. His initiative aims to turn victims and survivors into conquerors who are completely healed and strengthened by their experiences.
Surviving a traumatic experience is something that victims can do naturally. However, Clif Taylor believes that there is more to healing than just surviving. He explains that true healing starts when victims conquer their trauma by acknowledging their ability to heal and having the determination to make it happen.
Using his signature mindfulness technique – Clear, Calm, Open – Clif Taylor found the determination to publish a disruptive book that will save and protect hundreds of children who fall victim to sexual violence every day.
This mindfulness technique drove Taylor to seek creative literary avenues so can share his thoughts with children and society. By searching for balance, serenity, and enlightenment, he became determined to leave a positive impact on humanity.
After several books that uplift and delight readers, Clif Taylor decided to use his platform to talk about something that has struck him immensely – the number of sexual assault cases on children and adolescents.
