Oct 27, 2022 - Chicago, IL - DAC developments is proud to announce that construction on their new mixed-use tower at 808 N Cleveland Ave is progressing rapidly. The 23-story tall building is quickly taking shape, and the structural work is nearly complete.
What is 808 N Cleveland?
DAC Developments and partners have taken an overgrown lot in the heart of Chicago's River North neighborhood and are in the process of constructing a towering mixed-use development.
808 N Cleveland is a 284-foot-tall mixed-use building that will offer its residents a variety of features and amenities.
The fantastic design by Pappageorge Haymes, a top Chicago architectural firm, blends floor-to-ceiling windows with dark metal paneling and tan precast concrete for a stunning look. The front of the building is nearly complete, with most of the pieces now installed.
808 N Cleveland Ave. is made with over 46 million pounds of concrete and 2,000 windows, will have private terraces for select units near the top and 20,000 square feet of rental office space. Retail space and a lobby will be on the ground floor.
