ASU startup scores funding from Shell for fire-safe lithium-ion battery research

Safe-Li, an Arizona State University startup, was recently accepted into Shell's GameChanger accelerator program and received $300,000 in seed funding to advance research for technology designed to improve safety of lithium-ion batteries.
