We've looked quite a bit at the reality and prospects for office real estate markets in the next couple of years. But the forecast isn't looking a lot better in the long term, either. Cushman & Wakefield PLC now expects well over 1 billion square feet in functionally obsolete space on the market by the end of the decade.
