The beans are washed in environmentally friendly mills after being harvested, and the final product is a delicate, floral coffee with notes of citrus, mandarin orange, and lemon dust. Giday Behre, owner of the Limmu Kossa estate that produces this coffee, uses the proceeds to pay his workers living wages, build schools and roads, and provide goods to the local community.
