With a combined total of $20 million, the neighboring waterfront homes were designed by the luxury home architect in 2003 and 2021 respectively. The larger and newer of the two is a 6,576-square-foot home containing five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. CMSA’s team ensured the design would satisfy growing demands for electric car charging points. It has a second-floor terrace overlooking the pool, with views of the Big Pass, Lido, and Siesta Keys.
