Cindy Ornstein of Mesa Arts Center to receive prestigious arts award

Cindy Ornstein, recently retired executive director of Mesa Arts Center is to be honored with the prestigious Shelley Award as part of the revamped Governor's Arts Awards that will be handed out on Oct. 19. Ornstein spoke to the Business Journal about the significance of recognizing the arts in Arizona.
