GEN Restaurant – Kura Sushi 2.0

Back in the heat of COVID-19, I pitched Kura Sushi. The stock traded around $14/share then, and everyone hated the idea. Well, today, Kura Sushi is a $115/share stock. But I think I found an even better setup with GEN Restaurant Group.
