Intevac Receives Order for First 200 Lean Gen II Etch and Deposition System for Patterned Media Development

Intevac, Inc. (Nasdaq:IVAC) announced today it has received an order for a 200 Lean® Gen II etch and deposition system to be used for Patterned Media, scheduled for delivery mid-year 2009.
