On March 30, 2010, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in Power-One, Inc’s favor in the appeal by Artesyn of the United States District Court’s decision in Power-One, Inc., vs. Artesyn Technologies, Inc. (Eastern District of Texas, Civil Action No. 2-05-CV-463 (LED)).
