On February 18, 2011, SCBT Financial Corporations wholly owned subsidiary, SCBT, N.A., acquired certain assets and liabilities of Habersham Bank, Clarkesville, Georgia, in an FDIC-assisted transaction. SCBT is providing additional information to investors in a presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
