Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 13, 2014, Oxford Industries, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release updating its guidance for its fourth quarter of fiscal 2013, which ended on February 1, 2014, and providing its initial outlook on sales and earnings for the Company's 2014 fiscal year. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
