(1) These securities do not have an expiration date.
(2) Upon the closing of the Issuer's initial public offering, each share of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock will automatically convert into 13.70415 shares of Common Stock. This Form 3/A is not being filed to report a new transaction, but rather is being filed solely to report an administrative error in the calculation of the Preferred Stock conversion ratio and a resulting revision in the amount of securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Persons.
(3) These securities are owned solely by TA Investors II L.P. TA Associates, Inc. is the General Partner of TA Investors II L.P. TA Associates, Inc. may be deemed to have a beneficial interest in shares held by TA Investors II L.P. and disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares, except to the extent of its pecuniary interest in such shares which is subject to indeterminable future events.
 
Remarks:
The Reporting Persons are members of a 13(d) group owning more than 10% of the Issuer's outstanding common stock. The Reporting Persons have one representative on the Issuer's board of directors. Michael A. Wilson currently serves as the Reporting Persons' representative on the board of directors and, as such, the Reporting Persons are deemed directors of the Issuer. Due to the limit of joint filers that can be included on one form, TA Associates, Inc., TA IX L.P., TA Associates IX LLC, TA Atlantic and Pacific V L.P., TA Associates AP V L.P., TA/Atlantic and Pacific IV L.P., TA Associates AP IV L.P., TA Strategic Partners Fund A L.P., TA Strategic Partners Fund B L.P., TA Associates SPF L.P., and TA Investors II L.P. have filed two separate forms simultaneously, which relate to the same securities of the Issuer held by such Reporting Persons.
