On March 11, 2005, Michael Wilson, Vice President, General Manager Industrial Chemicals Group, FMC Corporation was a speaker during the “Bank of America” conference call on March 11, 2005 in which he presented an overview of FMC Corporation. Slides used in his presentation at the conference are included herein as an exhibit.
