On December 19, 2011, NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NASDAQ: NXPI) announced that its subsidiary, NXP B.V. today effectively redeemed $275,000,000 of its U.S. Dollar-denominated Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2013 and €150,000,000 of its Euro-denominated Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2013. NXP B.V. had issued conditional redemption notices for these notes on November 18, 2011.
