(1) As trustee means Trustee of the Industrial Boxboard Corporation Profit Sharing Plan and Trust. J. A. Hunter is also a trustee of this plan and trust.
(2) Only J. N. Hunter has a direct interest in these shares. J. A. Hunter does not have any right to dispose of these shares or to vote any of these shares.
(3) As general partner means general partner of the Industrial Boxboard Company. J. A. Hunter is also a general partner of this partnership.
(4) This warrant contains anti-dilution terms which results in periodic increases in the number of warrants and a concurrent reduction their exercise price. The filer has not made any transactions in these warrants since 50,000 warrants to acquire 50,000 common shares were acquired from issuer July 15, 1997.
(5) Only J. N. Hunter has a direct interest in these warrants. J. A. Hunter does not have any right dispose of these warrants or to vote any shares acquired by their exercise.
(6) Only J. N. Hunter has a direct interest in these convertible notes. J. A. Hunter does not have any right to dispose of these convertible notes or to vote any shares acquired by their conversion.
(7) warrants were acquired in conjunction with notes of issuer -- said notes issued in 2004 and 2005 -- the warrant exercise price was adjusted down pursuant to the terms in said notes in conjunction with the equity financing announced 04/12/2005 by the issuer -- actual warrants issued when said notes repaid
(8) warrants were acquired in conjuction with a note of issuer -- said note issued in 2003 with the warrant exercise price set at time of note issuance -- actual warrants issued when said note repaid
(9) warrants were acquired in conjuction with a note of issuer -- said note issued in early 2004 with the warrant exercise price set at time of note issuance -- actual warrants issued when said note repaid
