On February 23, 2016, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Chegg, Inc. (the "Company") approved a $200,000 discretionary bonus to Chuck Geiger, the Company's Chief Product Officer, in recognition of expanded responsibilities that Mr. Geiger has undertaken, including his leadership role in the Company's mobile and other strategic initiatives.
