Material Fact: Payment of dividend

 

Banco Santander Chile informs shareholders that in the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held April 23, 2019, it was agreed to pay a dividend of $1.88457837 per share, charged to the net income of 2018. This dividend will be available to shareholders as of April 24, 2019 at the headquarters located at Bandera 140, Santiago or any branch in the Metropolitan Region or elsewhere within the country.

 

Shareholders of record as of midnight April16, 2019 are entitled to the dividend.
