The annual report on Form 11-K for the DeVry Inc. Profit Sharing Retirement Plan could not be filed by June 30, 2009 without unreasonable effort or expense due to certain administrative delays resulting from a change in the Plan year and a change in Plan auditors that hindered the timely completion of the audit of the Plan’s financial statements.
