Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.          

On February 17, 2009, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2008. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously disclosed in the Company’s press release dated January 15, 2009, the Company is hosting its quarterly earnings conference call on February 18, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific. Exhibit 99.2 is a copy of the presentation slides to be furnished at, and to be posted on the Company’s website in connection with, the quarterly earnings conference call.
