Item 9. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 23, 2003, Select Medical Corporation issued a press release announcing that as a result of the previously announced 2-for-1 split of its common stock, the Company’s stock price will adjust to reflect the distribution of new shares made on Monday, December 22, 2003. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
