On March 15, 2004, Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a dividend for its first quarter ended March 31, 2004, of approximately $0.06 per fully-diluted share, payable April 15, 2004, for shareholders of record on March 31, 2004.
