A replay of Mr. Nelson’s presentation also will be available on the Office Depot Website, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on June 3, and running through June 25, 2004. Attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the Company’s press release, dated June 1, 2004, advising of this presentation. Copies of Mr. Nelson’s slides, to be presented at the Conference, are not available at this time, but will be posted on the Company’s Website as soon as practicable.
