ORLANDO, FL / ACCESSWIRE / August 15, 2024 / There is a new leader of Human Resources at Orlando Credit Union (OCU), headquartered in Orlando providing banking branches and services throughout Central Florida extending from Tampa to Daytona. LaVerne Parchman-MHRM, SHRM-SCP, has joined the Executive Team of the organization as Vice President of Human Resources offering her talent, thought leadership, and dedicated commitment for the benefit of members. LaVerne earned her bachelor's degree in organizational management from Crichton College. She also holds a master's degree from National University with a concentration in human resources management and personnel administration. Prior to joining Orlando Credit Union LaVerne held human resources leadership positions at organizations including The University of Central Florida, CVS/Caremark, and Hilton Hotels. LaVerne has also served the United States as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps.
