The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Precision Imaging Center with respect to their recent data breach. On June 22, 2023, Precision Imaging Center informed patients that the company experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party accessed sensitive consumer data entrusted to the company. According to Precision Imaging Center, they determined that information stored on their servers may have been subject to unauthorized access on or around November 2, 2022. Precision Imaging Center determined that the information exposed in the data breach includes: first and last name; address; Social Security number; driver’s license or government-issued identification number; health insurance information, medical condition(s) and diagnoses, or other health- or medical-related information; and dates of birth.
