The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Financial Business and Consumer Solutions (FBCS) with respect to their recent data breach. On February 26th, 2024, FBCS discovered that its computer network had been breached by an unauthorized user. The unauthorized third-party potentially accessed and acquired sensitive and personal information. FBCS launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation was completed by April 4, 2024, and notices were issued to those affected. The information possibly exposed may include Names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license and other identification numbers, and account information.
