Federman & Sherwood investigates Community Clinic of Maui, Inc., dba Malama I Ke Ola Health Center (“Malama”) for data breach. On May 7, 2024, Malama experienced a cybersecurity incident that impacted their network. Malama launched an investigation into the incident and determined that between May 4, 2024, and May 7, 2024, an unauthorized actor accessed and acquired certain individuals personal and sensitive information on their network. Malama provides comprehensive primary care medical, dental, health and prenatal services on the island of Maui.
