Nationally recognized communications firm earns top honors in the PR Agency category as momentum continues following Agency of the Year recognition
Gregory, the nationally recognized communications firm named PR Daily’s 2025 Agency of the Year, has won Gold in the PR Agency category of the Philadelphia Inquirer’s 2026 Philly Favorites awards. The local honor adds further momentum to national recognition of the firm’s leadership in PR, content marketing, and AI integration.
In 2025, Gregory was named Agency of the Year by PR Daily, one of the communications industry's most prestigious designations, selected from a field of agencies across the country. The firm was also named PR Daily's Content Marketing Agency of the Year and earned the PRSA Silver Anvil Award for Best AI Integration and Digital Innovation, two of the industry's most competitive honors. Gregory was also included on PR News' Agency Elite Top 120 for the fifth consecutive year and recognized on PR Daily's Top Agencies List for 2025.
"We’ve built Gregory into a national firm from our headquarters in Philadelphia," said Greg Matusky, Founder and CEO of Gregory. "To be recognized both nationally by our industry and locally by the business community where we were founded says a great deal about the team we’ve built and the work we do for clients every day."
Philly Favorites is the Philadelphia Inquirer's annual reader-voted recognition of the region's best businesses, services, and institutions. Gregory’s Gold designation in the PR Agency category reflects the firm’s deep roots in the Philadelphia community and the trust it has built with clients, peers, and the broader business community across the region.
The local honors build on Gregory's recent national recognition for the firm's ongoing investment in AI-powered communications, its journalist-first approach to storytelling, and its commitment to delivering measurable outcomes for clients. The firm has developed a proprietary portfolio of AI platforms, including Lumina for media intelligence and the Gregory Influence Engine for AI search auditing, that it deploys on behalf of clients across financial services, healthcare, technology, and beyond.
Founded in 1990, Gregory is headquartered in Philadelphia with offices in New York, Boston, and London. The firm employs more than 135 communications professionals, approximately 20% of whom are former journalists from outlets including The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Bloomberg, USA Today, The New York Times, and Barron's.
