In this role, Nasir will spearhead the company’s legal strategies, manage cross-border operations, and lead efforts to enforce rigorous ethical standards across the waste and recycling sectors.

A licensed attorney in Ontario, Nasir brings a formidable background in civil litigation, corporate law, and regulatory compliance across both Canadian and U.S. jurisdictions. Earning his Juris Doctor through the University of Windsor and Detroit Mercy Law, he has a proven track record of bridging North American operations and executing high-stakes dispute resolutions. Prior to joining Beaver Biodiesel, Nasir managed multi-billion-dollar contract portfolios and led risk mitigation strategies for major multinational corporations, including Bosch Building Technologies and Paladin Technologies. He will leverage this extensive corporate and commercial litigation experience to manage Beaver Biodiesel's day-to-day Canadian operations and fiercely protect the company's integrity.
