Logix BPO’s hires new CEO, Chris Mackintosh, who is poised to transform the company

The new CEO will replace Anthony Godley, the former CEO, bringing decades of industry experience to the position.

-- Rapidly-expanding company, Logix BPO, is thrilled to announce the appointment of a new CEO, Chris Mackintosh, who became leader on June 2, 2025. Founder and former CEO, Anthony Godley, has transitioned to the role of chairman. 

Chris’s promotion to this position heralds significant changes at the company. Promoted from a leadership post elsewhere in the firm, the new CEO will bring his energy and approachable personality to the role, helping the Cebu BPO develop at scale. 

“I want to be hands-on and make my team effective leaders who help their agents not only meet targets but exceed them,” Chris explains. “I want to nurture more trust and loyalty among Logix’s staff, which will ultimately lead to lower turnover rates, higher customer satisfaction, and a more engaged team.”

Chris expects his leadership to focus more on personalised coaching and generating more innovation within Logix. He wants to go beyond driving conventional performance metrics (common in the business process outsourcing industry) and foster psychological shifts among team members to develop their skills beyond standard training. Part of this will encompass a focus on developing real-time problem-solving skills. Agents, he believes, should have the tools they need to push through issues and resolve difficulties for clients. 

Despite changes in leadership, the company as a whole will retain the same beliefs and mission, something both Chris and Anthony agree on. The culture will not change, but the emphasis will. 

When challenged with why the leadership change is occurring now, the company says that it is to maintain growth and operational excellence. Anthony in the Chairman role will provide government and strategic oversight while CEO Chris will bring his decades of industry experience and informed leadership to operations.
