Worthington Industries (NYSE:WOR) said Thursday its third-quarter earning rose to $26.3 million, or 35 cents a share, from a loss of $17.7 million, or 22 cents a share, in the year-ago period. Sales at the Columbus, Ohio manufacturer rose to $569.4 million, from $451.1 million.
